On September 1, 2005, the Master Plan Implimention Task Force made a presentation to the Board of Directors and the homeowners present. Here is a link to the materials presented.
On January 18, 2005 the Master Plan was presented to the association in a special meeting which began 7:00PM. This presentation took place in the Sanctuary at Salem Lutheran Church, 6500 E. Santiago Canyon Road, Orange, CA 92869.
The Master Plan process began with a meeting between the task force and our consultant, landscape architectural firm Cathcart/Begin. A general feel for our needs was established and the direction that the association was headed in was discussed at a meeting early last March. The consultant conducted a site survey and areas of opportunity and concerns were identified.
These design solutions have been refined through a series of meetings of the task force and the consultant. These design solutions will help facilitate a design/build bid from experienced contractors.
Renderings and design details were shown as follows;
The meeting was well attended with almost 50 of our neighbors present. This Master Plan will allow the present board, as well as future board members to facilitate the master plan. The Board of Directors and the Master Planning Task Force thank you for your help in making this Master Plan a reality.
Next on the agenda will be a series of discussions with the Landscape Committee, the Master Planning Task Force and the Finance Committee, along with your Board Of Directors to begin implementation.
All of the details of this presentation are posted here on our website.
