Orange Park Community Association was incorporated August 4, 1975. The current Board of Directors are:

  • Michael Hardin- President
  • David Le Tourneau - Vice President
  • Vacant - Secretary
  • Robert Zwieg - Treasurer
  • Dawn Devereaux - Member at Large


The purpose and powers of the Association are to provide, hold, own, operate, manage, administrate and/or maintain private recreational and social areas and facilities for the members of the Association.

To possess and exercise all of the powers conferred by law upon nonprofit corporations. To enter contracts, to acquire, own, hold, improve, build upon, operate, maintain, convey, sell, lease, license, transfer, dedicate for public use, or otherwise dispose of real or personal property in connection with the affairs of the Association.

To borrow money, mortgage, pledge, deed in trust, or hypothecate any or all of the real or personal property of the Association as security for money borrowed or debts incurred.

To fix, levy, collect and enforce payment of, by lawful means, charges and assessments, pay all expenses in connection with running the Association, including all licenses, taxes or government charges, if any, levied or imposed against the property of the Association.


Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm at Salem Lutheran Church, 6500 E Santiago Canyon Rd, Orange, CA 92869. Agendas are posted by the swimming pool four days prior to the meeting. All homeowners and residents are invited to attend. A Homeowners Forum starts the meeting and gives homeowners the opportunity to share thoughts and concerns with the Board of Directors.
